5 Week Beginner Running Course (Ages 14+)

From complete beginner to running your very first 5K! This supportive course is designed to help you build confidence, stamina, and enjoyment in running—step by step.

What to Expect:
Over 5 weeks, we’ll cover technique, breathing, pacing, and endurance. You’ll progress gradually with a friendly group and guided coaching to keep you motivated and on track.
