Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned marathoner, RunFit is designed with you in mind! Created by runners for runners, this class is tailored to enhance your strength, balance, and mobility - all crucial for reaching your personal goals. Please note: participants must be over 16 years old. 

What to Expect: In each session, we blend bodyweight exercises, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, and core balance drills to help you become a more efficient, resilient runner.
