5 Week Course


From complete beginner to running your very first 5K! This supportive course is designed to help you build confidence, stamina, and enjoyment in running—step by step. What to Expect: Over 5 weeks, we’ll cover technique, breathing, pacing, and endurance. You’ll progress gradually with a friendly group and guided coaching to keep you motivated and on track. Key Benefits: - Learn to run safely – Develop good form and habits from the start. - Build endurance – Run longer with less effort and more confidence. - Find your rhythm – Discover breathing and pacing strategies that work for you. - Achieve your first 5K – Celebrate your milestone in a supportive environment.
