Created by runners for runners, this class is tailored to enhance your strength, balance, and mobility - all crucial for reaching your personal goals.  What to Expect: In each session, we blend bodyweight exercises, yoga, pilates, plyometrics, and core balance drills to help you become a more efficient, resilient runner.  Key Benefits:  - Boost running efficiency – Strengthen and mobilise key muscles and joints.  - Prevent injuries – Proactively stretch and stabilise your body to avoid set backs. - Rehabilitate – Recover effectively and get back to what you love.  - Increase speed – Break personal bests by improving technique, power and efficiency.  Join us for an energising and supportive class that welcomes runners of all levels.
