Group Running Interval Training


Intervals, drills, and hills—this class is designed to challenge and develop all runners, from those who can run a mile without stopping to competitive athletes. AXIS GRIT is your chance to train hard, build speed, and enjoy the power of group motivation. What to Expect: Sessions mix structured intervals, hill work, and technique drills to improve running efficiency and stamina. Coaching ensures everyone is pushed at their own level in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
