Dance at Axis RDY is where self-expression and community collide. Our classes are welcoming spaces for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or simply love to move to music. Each session is an opportunity to let go, build confidence, and connect with others while learning fun routines in a supportive atmosphere. From boosting fitness to sparking joy, dance offers a powerful way to celebrate what your body can do. At Axis RDY, we believe there’s no right or wrong way to dance – only your way. YOGA

Yoga with Axis RDY is about balance in body, mind, and spirit. Our classes are tailored to suit all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. Guided by expert and compassionate instructors, you’ll explore mindful movement, gentle stretching, and breathwork designed to improve strength, flexibility, and inner calm. Yoga isn’t about perfect poses, it’s about creating space for yourself, moving with intention, and finding peace in the present moment. We invite you to step onto the mat, slow down, and discover a practice that supports your whole self.
