Role Overview:

Our Coaches at AXIS RDY will develop and be responsible for delivering varied and exciting sessions in either our Run, Dance or Yoga programme.  The role will create a sense of belonging within all sessions delivered for all participants regardless of ability, age or background. As a Coach you will inspire and engage all participants and demonstrate the Axis values in every session. As one of our talented coaches you will be able to adapt exercises/routines for individuals whilst offering progressive alternatives for others.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver sessions for AXIS RDY in a professional, warm, energetic and inclusive manner.

• Follow the AXIS Coaches specification during all sessions. (Noted below) 

• Support and have input into other AXIS events and programmes.
