This vinyasa-style class links movement with breath to build flexibility, strength, and energy, leaving you feeling balanced, calmer, and brighter. Suitable for all abilities, it’s the perfect reset for both body and mind. What to Expect: Each session blends flowing postures, mindful breathing, and gentle strength work. With options for beginners and challenges for more experienced yogis, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and recharged.
