6 week course


Take running to the next level with structured training designed for growing athletes. These sessions help young runners develop speed, endurance, and confidence in a fun, supportive setting. What to Expect: Each week includes technique drills, paced intervals, and games to build strength and stamina. Coaching focuses on confidence as well as performance. Key Benefits: - Improve technique – Run more efficiently and powerfully. - Build endurance – Develop the stamina to go further. - Boost speed – Interval training tailored for progress. - Grow confidence – Learn to set and achieve personal goals.
