Group Running Interval Training

​Intervals, drills, and hills! This class is designed to challenge and develop all runners, from those who can run a mile without stopping to competitive athletes. AXIS GRIT is your chance to train hard, build speed, and enjoy the power of group motivation.

Sessions mix structured intervals, hill work, and technique drills to improve running efficiency and stamina. Coaching ensures everyone is pushed at their own level in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
